<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sliding down of a vehicle when restarting an engine and re-starting movement by canceling idle stop with intention of a driver before running stop when carrying out idle stop by automatic stop of the engine during running (under deceleration). <P>SOLUTION: When vehicle speed becomes below a predetermined speed by automatic stop of the engine and control of idle stop under deceleration, a brake control ECU13, gradually lessens time lag of the operation by enlarging the amount of energization of a brake fluid pressure control valve 8a responding to lowering of vehicle speed. Accordingly, when the driver steps on a gas pedal from a brake pedal and shows intention of re-start after automatic stop of the engine by implementation of idle stop control, on a slope road for example, during low-speed running. When restarting the engine, the wheel cylinders 9FR-9RR certainly hold and give to the wheels sufficient braking pressure before dissipation held by a brake fluid pressure control valve 8a to timing of step substitute of pedal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
