摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately and easily performing quantitative measurement of the content of a cyclic olefin polymer in a resin composition compared to a conventional method. <P>SOLUTION: The quantitative measurement is carried out based on a correlation between a measured value of a pyrolysis product derived from a cyclic structure of a cyclic olefin polymer included in a resin composition when the resin composition is pyrolyzed, and an amount of the cyclic olefin polymer in the resin composition. Among pyrolysis products of the cyclic olefin polymer, it is preferable to focus attention on cyclopentadiene which is a pyrolysis product derived from the cyclic structure. In the quantitative measurement, it is preferable to use a pyrolysis gas chromatograph mass analyzer and to control the temperature condition of the pyrolysis to 500&deg;C or higher and 1000&deg;C or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
