[Also in Division B6] Strippers.-Envelopes 35 are stripped from a carrier web 34 by a stripper blade 16, the web being drawn through the apparatus by rollers 31, 32 and the envelopes being delivered into a receiver 11. Flanges 24 pass between the edges of the web and those of the envelopes and guide the assembly to the stripping station. A plate carried on pivoted wire support 18 ensures orderly delivery into the receiver 11.</p> |
