<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to mount a retractor for a seat belt device for a rear seat on an existing type of vehicle with a minimum change. <P>SOLUTION: This seat belt retractor mounting structure is provided for mounting the retractor 34 capable of winding an upper body seat belt 7 for a vehicle rear center seat, on a vehicle body. The seat belt retractor mounting structure includes a bracket 40 to be fixed to a pillar 37 and an inner panel 46 of a vehicle rear part at a plurality of positions.
