Floor panel of the type which comprises at least a substrate (13), a top layer (14) provided thereon and a underlying layer (28) or backing layer provided there underneath, wherein said top layer (14) comprises at least a motif (15) and a transparent or translucent layer (16) situated there above, characterized in that said motif (15) is provided on a thermoplastic film (23), which, by means of an adhesive layer (52), is provided directly on the upper side of the substrate (13).
