<p>Provided are a catalyst, a preparation method therefor, and a method for epoxidating an olefin. The catalyst comprises a binder and a Ti-Si molecular sieve, wherein the binder is amorphous silica, the Ti-Si molecular sieve has an MFI structure, a grain of the Ti-Si molecular sieve has a hollow structure, a radial length of a cavity portion of the hollow structure is 5-300 nm, the amount of adsorption of benzene on the Ti-Si molecular sieve under the conditions of 25?,P/P0=0.10, and an adsorption time of 1 hr is at least 70 mg/g, a hysteresis loop exists between an adsorption isotherm and a desorption isotherm of low-temperature nitrogen adsorption on the Ti-Si molecular sieve, and based on the total weight of the catalyst, the content of the binder is 3-15 wt%, and the content of the Ti-Si molecular sieve is 85-97 wt%; and the anti-breaking strength of the catalyst determined according to GB3635-1983 standard method is not lower than 60 N/cm. The catalyst of the present invention has a high strength, and exhibits a high catalytic activity in epoxidating an olefin.</p> |
