PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-phase power receiving facility that can suppress occurrence of noise due to third harmonics, etc., and use a light and space-saving power transformer. SOLUTION: A power receiving facility includes a three-phase transformer 13 in which at least a secondary winding is delta-connected, and a plurality of balancers BL1, BL2, and BL3 having a first winding and a second winding which are wound around a core and connected in series so that directions of magnetic flux generated from those windings coincide with each other. The balancers are connected respectively between output terminals of each phase in a secondary side of the three-phase transformer and power is supplied to a three-phase load connected to each phase in the secondary side of the three-phase transformer and a single-phase load connected in parallel to at least either of the first winding and the second winding in the balancers.
