摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help the bone entering inside uniformly by preventing deflection of calcium phosphate granule distribution, and to promote the bone entering into the inside by making pores of the bone restoration materials to be in substantially complete communication status, to promote the bone entering into the inside, by enlarging an exposure area of a calcium phosphate granule in a pore of the bone restoration material. SOLUTION: A porous bone restoration material is characterized in that it is composed of an aggregate of fibers comprising chitin or its derivatives and loaded with calcium phosphate granule among the fibers of the aggregate. A manufacturing method of the porous bone restoration materials described in claim 1 is characterized in that the method comprises a process of forming the fibers of chitin or its derivatives, a process of crosslinking the fibers in a vacuum condition, a process of mixing the crosslinked fiber with water equal to or less than an amount of water retention of a calcium phosphate granule and the crosslinked fibers to form an almost uniform mixture, and a process of freeze-drying the mixture into a porous material.
