PURPOSE: A recycling coating yarn and a method for fabricating the same are provided to recycle waste and to reduce environmental pollution. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a recycling coating yarn comprises: a step of collecting waste PVC and defective PVC coated yarn generated during PVC coated yarn production; a step of heating the collected waste PVC and defective PVC coated yarn; a step of inputting heated materials into a cross head(40) of an extruder; and a step of inputting recycling compounds to the external groove of a dice in the cross head.
