<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation module which can be directly used for heating elements of 100 W or more under the circumstance where a fan is not used, and is more suitable for heat radiation of high power heating elements compared to conventional heat radiation modules. <P>SOLUTION: A high power heat radiation module radiating heat from a heating element includes: an heat exchange part which has a hermetically closed cavity at the interior thereof, a powder sintered part and a hydraulic fluid in the cavity, and also has a flat surface part on which heating elements are placed and a fixed part at the exterior; and a heat radiation module device which has a heat radiation device 2 provided around a center hole part and transmits heat generated by the heating elements to the heat radiation device 2 through the heat exchange part to promptly radiate the heat generated by the heating elements through the heat radiation device 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
