<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely perform return from a low power consumption state responding to a request from other apparatuses connected through a network in a simple structure, while saving power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus comprises: communication means performing communication with other apparatuses connected through a network; and application system means including at least one or more of application means.
