<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a difference between a time when communication frames are detected and an actual reception time as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: Respective reception parts 2 respectively receive the same communication frames. Respective delay parts 5 delay the respective communication frames so as to allow the phases of the communication frames inputted from the respective reception parts 2 to coincide each other. A communication frame acquisition part 6 acquires one communication frame by synthesizing the respective communication frames inputted from the respective delay parts 5. T1 measurement parts 8, calculation parts 9, previous value comparison parts 10, a 1*2 line comparison part 11, and a selection part 12, which are arranged in parallel with the delay parts 5, identify in cooperation, a time when the frame pulses of the communication frames inputted from the reception parts 2 are detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
