EXHAUST DEVICE IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the detection accuracy of an exhaust sensor 3 without inducing the increase of manufacturing costs and flow resistance, in an exhaust device in which the exhaust sensor 3 for an exhaust gas flowing in a collecting exhaust pipe 1 is disposed on the collecting exhaust pipe in which the exhaust gases from each cylinder are gathered.

SOLUTION: A portion further on the upstream than the exhaust sensor 3 in the collecting exhaust pipe 1 is drilled to form a through-hole 4 into the pipe, and a stick member 5 configured to extend in a direction where the stick member crosses an exhaust gas flow in the collecting exhaust pipe is inserted into the collecting exhaust pipe 1 from the through-hole 4.
