<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal control device performing a movement control capable of preventing a wasteful green light time from occurring when an outflow path is jammed. <P>SOLUTION: A signal control device 1 performing a movement control to dynamically determine applicability of time difference aspect is provided with a control part 101 which performs the movement control in which any one of a plurality of aspects 1 ϕ-1, 1 ϕ-2, 1 ϕ-3 including a first time difference aspect 1 ϕ-1, which gives a passage right to a specified inflow path L1 flowing out to an intersection IS, can be selected as the aspect of the intersection IS. When performing the movement control, the control part 101 executes a determination processing for determining whether or not the first time difference aspect 1 ϕ-1 is selected based on whether or not a corresponding outflow path L4 connected to the specified inflow path L1 via the intersection IS is jammed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
