<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rivet remover, which can efficiently remove a rivet in a large-sized structural steelwork such as a bridge. <P>SOLUTION: This rivet remover is equipped with a remover body 12, which has a boring tool 11 for separating the flange 2b of a rivet head 2a from the shank 2c of the rivet by forming a separation hole 3 in the head 2a of the rivet 2 constructed in a structure 1 and is fixed detachably to the structure 1, and an aligning means 20, which is an aligning means 20 for aligning the boring tool 11 to the head 2a of the rivet, being attached to the body 12 of the remover and has an aligning member 21 that can fit coaxially with the head 2a of the rivet, a guide means 22 that guides the aligning member 21 to the remover body 12 freely of vertical move, and an energizing means 23 that energizes the aligning member 21 toward the structure 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
