<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a toner block for preventing scattering of toner. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a toner block includes the following steps of: preparing a toner suspension obtained by dispersing spherical toner into water to be a dilatant fluid; preparing an aggregation of the spherical toner by allowing water in the toner suspension to be absorbed into an absorbent body; and drying the aggregation to obtain a toner block with aggregated spherical toner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
