<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect that an internal node in an internal circuit is set to an initial state with accuracy to shorten a recovery time until the internal circuit starts operations. <P>SOLUTION: A first power supply switch connects an external power supply line to an internal power supply line to which an internal power supply voltage is supplied during activation of a first power supply ON signal for starting operations of an internal circuit operated by the inputted internal power supply voltage. A second power supply switch connects the external power supply line to the internal power supply line during activation of a second power supply ON signal. A detector includes a circuit operated by the inputted internal power supply voltage that is raised by turn-on of the first power supply switch. The detector activates the second power supply ON signal when detected that an internal node of the internal circuit is set to an initial state by that the internal power supply voltage exceeds a first voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
