<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide device, method and program for color reproduction prediction, enabling high color reproduction accuracy even in a case of printing and measuring a small number of color patches. <P>SOLUTION: A cell interior point group CP of a first lattice LT1 is determined by the determination of a first lattice point LP1 forming the first lattice LT1 in a device value space and a second lattice point LP2 forming a second lattice LT2 having a small lattice gap than the first lattice LT1, and by the determination of an interior point at least one by one for the respective cells (a first cell CL1 to a fourth cell CL4) defined on the basis of the first lattice point LP1. Then, each colorimetric value CV2 to each device value DV2 of the second lattice point LP2 is predicted, based on the device value DV1 and the colorimetric value CV1 corresponding to the first lattice point LP1 and device values DVC and colorimetric values CVC corresponding to the cell interior point group CP. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
