<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of airtightness of a battery in which caulking is performed on a terminal. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a battery that includes a terminal inserted into a hole provided on a battery exterior body and in which an end part of the terminal is deformed by a rotating punch, a projection part is provided on the punch, and the punch is rotated so that the projection part is brought into contact with an end surface of the terminal to form a recess part by the projection part on the end surface of the terminal, thereby preventing reduction of airtightness by pressure from the formation of the recess part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
