<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a sign of occurrence of an abnormality in equipment by collecting and analyzing various physical amounts generated by the equipment during operations. <P>SOLUTION: An abnormal operation detection device comprises: an equipment operation physical information collection part for collecting multiple pieces of equipment operation physical information that quantitatively show characteristics of physical phenomena accompanied by the operation of equipment; an outlier detection part for repeatedly executing outlier detection processing by a multivariate analysis technique, with respect to the pieces of equipment operation physical information; an abnormality determination threshold setting part for setting a threshold, that is applied to the outlier detection processing by the outlier detection part when it is detected that the number of detected outliers increases in a predetermined pattern, as an abnormality determination threshold that is a threshold to detect abnormal operation of equipment; an abnormality determination execution part for using the set threshold to execute outlier determination processing with respect to the equipment operation physical information; and a determination result processing part for outputting abnormal operation detection information when the outlier of the equipment operation physical information showing abnormal operation of the equipment is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
