PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to increase a light viewing angle and light efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A conductive plate is remote from a substrate. The conductive plate includes a common electrode(10), a pixel electrode(18), and a data electrode(16). A liquid crystal layer is formed between the substrate and the conductive plate. At least one wedge-shaped common electrode(20) is electrically connected to an edge of the common electrode. The wedge-shaped common electrode protrudes toward the data electrode. |
