<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power management device capable of reducing power consumption of an electrical device and reducing inconvenience of operation to a user. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a start signal S2 for switching a relay 51A from an off state to an on state, a controller 27 transmits a switch signal S4 for switching the relay 51A to the on state to a power supply device 2, and after the completion of switching the relay 51A to the on state, transmits a boot signal S6 for booting a personal computer 8 connected to the relay 51A to the personal computer 8. When receiving a start signal S2 for booting the personal computer 8 connected to the relay 51A in the off state, the controller 27 transmits the switch signal S4 for switching the relay 51A to the on state to the power supply device 2, and after the completion of switching the relay 51A to the on state, transmits the boot signal S6 for booting the personal computer 8 connected to the relay 51A to the personal computer 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
