<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mold clamping force adjusting device of a mold clamping device which can carry out precise molding processing by being made to be able to adjust mold clamping force when a toggle mechanism having a simple structure is used as a mold clamping mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: An oil tank 4a is moved vertically by the toggle mechanism 7 to keep this oil tank 4a equipped vertically movably with a press moving block 4b, and a movable platen 3a is attached to the press moving block 4b. The oil tank 4a is filled with a cushioning oil 5. A cushioning adjustment part 6 adjusting the pressure of the cushioning oil 5 is installed in the bottom wall of the oil tank 4a. The cushioning oil 5 in the oil tank 4a is introduced into the cushioning adjustment part 6, and a poppet 6d is press-moved by the pressure of the same, so that the restoration force of an adjustment spring 9 is biased to counter the same. Since a movable mold 3 is pressed to a fixed mold 2 through the pressure of the cushioning oil 5 during mold clamping, mold clamping force can be adjusted by adjusting the size of the restoration force of the adjustment spring 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
