<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflection prevention film having reflection prevention characteristics whose maximum reflectivity is equal to or less than 0.1% even under the consideration of manufacturing variation in wavelength ranging from 400 to 700 nm for obtaining stable spectral reflection characteristics even in the case of manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: This reflection prevention film is configured of four layers such that a first layer to a fourth layer are formed on a substrate having refractivity ranging from 1.45 to 2.12 in the rays of light whose wavelength is ranging from 400 to 700 nm successively from the substrate. Each of the first layer to fourth layer independently has optical film thickness ranging from 100 to 150 nm, and the refractivity N0 of the substrate and the refractivity N1 to N4 of the first layer to fourth layer are set to satisfy (0.78×N0+0.40)≤N1≤(0.78×N0+0.62), (0.30×N0+1.20)≤N2≤(0.30×N0+1.73), 1.48≤N3≤1.94, and 1.15≤N4≤1.27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
