<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a recording medium to move to (to be taken out of/stored in) a cell in a magazine properly even when the cell and an accessor have large relative position shift. <P>SOLUTION: A library device includes the magazine provided with a plurality of cells for storing recording media, and the accessor which is positioned opposite a target cell in the magazine, and takes a recording medium out of the cell or stores a recording medium in the cell. The accessor includes first position correction means and second position correction means for positioning at a position opposed to a cell, and if the first position correction means fails in the positioning at the position opposed to the cell, the second position correction means completes the positioning for the cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
