<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainboard and a toilet for a pet allowing effective prevention of the surface liquid residue of an excretion liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The drainboard 2 is designed to receive the excretion liquid of the pet, and includes: a first surface 21 located on the side close to the pet during use; and a second surface 22 located on the side opposite to the first surface 21, and located on the side far from the pet during the use. A plurality of upwards convex parts 24 protruding to the side opposite to the second surface 22 and composed of a curved surface are formed on the first surface 21. The plurality of upwards convex parts 24 are disposed so as to form rows respectively in one direction X in the surface direction of the first surface 21 and in the direction Y intersecting with the one direction X.
