In a garment hanger a suspension member 13 is pivoted to a yoke 8 for use of a hand grip 16 or a hook 15 to support the hanger. The yoke is preferably a cut and folded cardboard blank secured to the suspension member by a rivet 14 the sides of the yoke being spaced by tabs 2a, 2b, 11, or folded flat when the hanger is not in use. In a modification the sides of the yoke are not apertured, the underface thereof being flat, and hooks for engagement by skirt band loops &c. are provided. |
