The thin film solar cell has electrode layers that are formed at the front side and back side of the solar cell main portion. The electrode layers are textured in regular pattern using laser. The aspect ratio of the laser-textured electrode layer is 0.15. The average distance between several recesses formed in the solar cell is set to 0.5 mu m. An independent claim is included for method for texturing of electrode layers of solar cell.
