<p>PURPOSE: A power control apparatus of a smart grid type within a region is provided to reduce costs which are necessary for construction of a power generating station according to each competent area by improving the quality of overall power supply while reducing capacity of the power generating station. CONSTITUTION: A power use object(20) receives external electricity from a power supply server through a power supply line(L). The power use object is respectively connected to the power supply line of the power supply server through supply lines(L1-Ln). A storage module(30) is charged from the external electricity which is controlled by a power control server(40). The storage module supplies charged electricity to the power use object. The power control server comprises a power control unit(41), a charge switching unit(42), a change-over switching unit(43), and an illumination sensor(44).</p> |
