ITO FILM STRUCTURE AND TOUCH SREEN

摘要

PURPOSE: An ITO film structure and a touch screen are provided to minimize a sparkling phenomenon related to visibility by forming an uneven part having a hologram pattern on a hard coating layer of a film for a retarder. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating layer(110) is coated on a film(100) for a retarder. The hard coating layer is coated in order to enhance the hardness of the film for the retarder. The hard coating layer for the retarder is a COP(Cyclic Olefin Polymers) film or a COC(Cyclic Olefin Copolymer) film. An uneven part(111) is formed on the hard coating layer. An ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) electrode pattern(120) is formed on the hard coating layer. An electrostatic force prevention coating layer is formed according to shape of the uneven part formed on the hard coating layer.
