CONSTITUTION: A cluster anion generator comprises: an electron generator(10); ionic converter(20); first and second electrode plates which faced each other in a certain interval; a loess layer which is placed in plural layers between the first and second electrode plates; and electrode needle(30) which is electrically connected with the second electrode plate.
