PURPOSE: A treadmill with a punching part is provided to correct a posture of punching exercise and to prevent a safety accident. CONSTITUTION: A treadmill with a punching part comprises a rotating mat(110), a punching part(130), a support stand(150), and a protecting part(160). In the rotating mat, an inclination adjuster for controlling an incline is installed. In the rear side of a post(120), a slot is formed in a longitudinal direction. A driving part is installed inside the post. The punching part is movable up and down along the post. The support stand is parallelly installed in order to correspond to the rotating mat.
