Ski consists of an upper and a lower blade rigidly connected at the ends and at the zone of attachment of the ski, the separation between them tapering down from the middle towards the ends with spacers in the gap forming a core which is free relative to the blades outside the zone of attachment. Specif. the blades may be formed of fibre glass rovings which are free in predetermined zones within envelopes formed by wound and resin impregnated glass fibre tapes. |
