PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly median strip using metal stripes is provided to absorb shock generated from a vehicle when the median strip is vertically positioned at the edge or center of a road. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly median strip using metal stripes comprises one or more vertical supports(11) and horizontal members(12). Each vertical support is formed by coupling one or more vertical members(13) between upper and lower plates(14,15). The horizontal members are arranged between the vertical supports along the inclination of the vertical members.
