PURPOSE: A safe parking service method and a system thereof are provided to enable a user to receive a request to move a vehicle from others without exposing a telephone number. CONSTITUTION: The leak of personal information is prevented by using a common number to contact a user. A short text message to request for moving a vehicle is transmitted regardless of the absence of the user. A safe parking plate with a trendy design is provided to the user for free. The leak of personal information of the users is prevented in advance. The user receives a request for moving a vehicle from others without exposing the telephone number of the user.
