PURPOSE: An automatic inserter for a protection board is provided to improve the efficiency of a packing process by automating the whole processes of a protection board. CONSTITUTION: An automatic inserter for a protection board comprises a magazine unit(10), gripper units(11), a vertical transfer unit(12), and a horizontal transfer unit(13). The magazine unit successively supplies protection boards one by one. The gripper units are arranged on both sides of a work area where an object box is located and grip the object box. The vertical transfer unit transfers the gripper units in a vertical direction. The horizontal transfer unit moves the vertical transfer unit having the gripper units in a horizontal direction.
