PURPOSE: A food concentrating and purifying apparatus enabling users to produce drinkable polysaccharides is provided to enable users to simply and easily obtain the stable high pressure to obtain the polysaccharides. CONSTITUTION: A food concentrating and purifying apparatus enabling users to produce drinkable polysaccharides comprises the following: a process tank(20) for storing a food filtrate obtained by firstly processing food ingredients, pressurized by the pneumatic pressure after storing the filtrate; a filter unit(40) including a filter(41) with pores having the prefixed pore size; pump(30) pumping the food filtrate using the filter unit for forming the drinkable polysaccharides, operated by an air booster pump; and an air compressor(120) supplying compressed air to the pump and the processed tank. The filter is a membrane filter. |
