PURPOSE: A half bath device is provided to enable a user to recognize his/her swimming speed in his/her eye. CONSTITUTION: A half bath device comprises a protruded bracket part(100), a handle plate(200), a fixation pin(300), a load cell(400), a speed display part(500), and a controller(600). The protruded bracket part is equipped in the front frame of the internal space and forms a long insertion hole in a longitudinal direction. The handle plate is inserted into the long insertion hole and forms a hole in the rear thereof and long guide holes in both sides thereof. The fixation pin is equipped in both sides of the protruded bracket part. The load cell adheres closely to the front end of the handle plate. The speed display part is equipped on the top of the protruded bracket part. The controller outputs speed on the speed display part.
