PURPOSE: A system for preventing a lane offense is provided to prevent the rear-end collision with a following vehicle by controlling the lane offense of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A system for preventing a lane offense comprises multiple blocking devices(100), changeover devices(300), a measuring device(500), a control device(700), a storage battery(350), a detection device(800), and an electronic bulletin board(900). The blocking devices are arranged along a lane at uniform intervals. The changeover devices are consecutively buried in the lane and generate currents by converting vibration energy into electric energy. The measuring device obtains the current data and measures the obtained data. The control device controls the blocking devices depending on the measured data. The storage battery stores the currents. The detection device photographs a vehicle and obtains information from the photographed vehicle. The electronic bulletin board controls the starting of the blocking devices.
