The method involves providing a layer stack with a substrate (1) and a front electrode (2) arranged on the substrate. An absorber(3) is arranged on the substrate, and a back electrode (4) is arranged on the substrate. A layer is applied on the back electrode, where the layer comprises a dopant (10). A back contact and the absorber are melted in a region by irradiating with a laser light, and a part of the layer is evaporated. An electrically conductive region (31) that electrically couples with the front electrode, is formed. The layer consists of phosphorus acid and/or phosphorus-containing glasses. An independent claim is also included for a thin layer photo voltaic module comprising a front electrode and an absorber. |
