PURPOSE: A terminal and a cell information managing method of a terminal are provided to efficiently check cell information about a base station without location information. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter/receiver(605) receives cell information which is transmitted from neighbor BSs(Base Stations). A controller(615) confirms one or more cell information as location prediction information. A memory(610) stores cell information by an MDT(Minimization of Drive Test) measurement sample.
