PURPOSE: A balloon volume adjusting device is provided to enable a surgical operator to operate a piston fixing unit in a one touch mode. CONSTITUTION: A balloon volume adjusting device comprises: a piston(20); a cylinder(10) in which the piston is inserted; a mobile space in which fluid flows in and out is formed inside the cylinder; a balloon which communicates with an entrance and in which the volume thereof is varied according to incoming and outgoing fluid; a handle unit in which a penetration hole through which the piston moves is formed; and a piston fixing unit(40) which is installed in the space and is gripped by a user.
