PURPOSE: An emergency signaling unit is provided to prevent conflict of a rear vehicle by installing a light emitting diode on a signal marker and to reduce installation time by including a gas keeper which accepts gas lighter than air. CONSTITUTION: A gas keeper(100) accepts compressed gas. An operating unit(200) is installed on the top of the gas keeper. A fixing plate is formed in the center of a body. An emergency receiving unit accepts an emergency unit(300) on the top of the fixing plate. The emergency unit is included in the inner side of the operating unit. An entrance is formed on the top of the gas keeper and a sealing member is formed in the entrance. A needle member is formed in the fixing plate. The needle member and the emergency unit are connected by a connecting hose. A guide unit is formed in the side of the gas keeper.
