PURPOSE: A fuse circuit is provided to reduce a loading of a line to which an address is transmitted by inputting first to n-th addresses through a repeater. CONSTITUTION: A switching signal generating unit(1) generates a switching signal in response to a fuse cutting state. A transmission device transmits an address in response to an enable signal. A first buffer buffers an output signal of the transmission device. A selection transmitting unit(2) selectively transmits an output signal of the buffer or the transmission device as a determination signal in response to the switching signal. |
