PURPOSE: A garlic seeder is provided, which is operated by power when sowing garlic and is operated by manpower when travelling on a road. CONSTITUTION: A garlic seeder comprises: a driving part(100) capable of repeating block movement; an excavation part(200) digging garlic sowing grooves having the interval corresponding to block movement distance; and a garlic sowing part(300) which is connected to the excavation cone of the excavation part, is provided with selected garlic and discharges garlic to the dug garlic sowing groove.
