PURPOSE: A small and high efficient wind power generator using a bicycle wheel is provided to minimize power loss by transferring the electromotive force from a coil to PCB. CONSTITUTION: A small and high efficient wind power generator using a bicycle wheel comprises a rotary shaft(100), a blade(200), a rotor(300), and a PCB(400). The blade is connected to an end part of the rotary shaft and rotates the rotary shaft. The rotor is connected to the rotary shaft and a magnet is inserted in the outer end of the rotor. The PCB is placed on the outer periphery of the rotor and has a stator coil.
