ANTI-HYPERTENSIVE COMPOSITION COMPRISING OF GINSENOSIDE FRACTION

摘要

PURPOSE: A blood pressure decreasing composition containing a ginsenoside-enriched fraction is provided to enable users to orally intake the composition for decreasing blood pressure. CONSTITUTION: A blood pressure decreasing composition contains ginsenoside-enriched fractions obtained by the following steps: extracting dried ginseng root hair with alcohol; heating and concentrating the obtained ginseng extract; diluting the concentrate with distilled water, and passing the mixture through a polymeric adsorbent for absorbing saponin; removing un-absorbed components using the distilled water, and passing 20v/v% alcohol through the mixture for removing non-saponin components; eluting the mixture to the concentration of 30-40v/v% alcohol to obtain ginsenoside Rg 1 and Rb1-enriched fractions.
