PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to prevent short between conductive particles by including a conductive layer in which lowest melting point is high, and an insulating layer in which the lowest melting point is low. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film(100) comprises an insulating layer(102) and a conductive layer(104). The conductive layer is laminated on the insulating layer. The conductive layer comprises conductive particles(106) of 1 to 30 weight% about the entire conductive layer compositions. The insulating layer comprises insulating particles(108) of 0.1 to 10 weight% about the entire insulating layer compositions. The conductive layer compositions and the insulating layer compositions comprise a polymer resin, radical polymer, and radical initiator.
