MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLEXIBLE METAL-CLAD LAMINATE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a soft metal laminated plate is provided to secure the reliability of products at high temperatures by maintaining superior adhesion although the products are exposed to high temperatures for a long period of time. CONSTITUTION: A tiecoat layer(20) is formed on the upper side of a polymer film. A polymer layer is formed on the upper side of the tiecoat layer. The polymer film is mechanically eliminated from the tiecoat layer. A seed layer(40) and a metal conductive layer(50) are further formed between the polymer film and the tiecoat layer. The polymer layer is based on a casing technique using polyamic acid vanish. The tiecoat layer is based on the alloy of nickel and chromium. The seed layer is based on copper or copper alloy.
