PURPOSE: A touch screen controller IC is provided to clearly distinguish touch and un-touch by amplifying voltage variation which is changed according to a touch and un-touch condition. CONSTITUTION: A driving signal transmitter(130) generates a driving signal. A current amplifier(120) controls an output current according to a sensing voltage which is inputted from a touch screen. A comparator(140) compares an output voltage of the current amplifier with a reference voltage. A counter(150) counts clock until an output voltage of the current amplifier reaches the reference voltage.
